We ensure your concerns are addressed through meticulous transition planning. When taking over your work, our exacting transition process involves three distinct phases.
• In the first phase, we conduct a thorough evaluation of all facilities, equipment, spare parts, inventory and outstanding work orders and then develop an execution plan.
• During the second phase, while identifying and bringing in the personnel needed to take over operations, we are also transferring historical data into our computerized maintenance management system.

• Lastly, in the third phase, we ensure that all of our systems are working effectively and we implement our execution plan. In this way, we maintain continuity of operations to effect the seamless transition of responsibility that is transparent to our clients.

While the technical transition is in process, quality team will be involved in the handover process alongside with the technical team members assessing the facilities and equipment,  our QA/QC will be developing site‐specific quality assurance and quality control procedures based on our corporate Quality and Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
